Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Relevant experience


Core Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming and distribute outgoing mail
  • Register incoming government and provincial gazettes
  • Prepare files and open new files
  • Update registers
  • Attend to telephonic enquiries
  • Control the operation of photocopies and fax machines
  • Receive and distribute faxes
  • Bind documents
  • Safe-keep contracts, agendas and minutes for future reference
