Purpose To take responsibility for Recruitment and Selection of entry-level staff for Shoprite Group stores.

Qualifications Essential:
•Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
•Relevant 3 year Diploma in Human Resources Management


Experience Essential
•(6 months) Recruitment experience


•(6 months) Human Resource Experience


Knowledge Essential
•Intermediate skills in Ms Office applications
•Relevant IR legislation experience



•Previous working experience in SAP
•Retail experience


Skills Desirable
•Competency-based interview skills
•Strong task management and admin skills
•Communication and strong interpersonal skills


•Registered AFIS agent


Job objectives

1. To manage vacancy report
2. To follow interview process
3. To complete recruitment process
4. To assist colleagues where required
5. To build relationships with branches and understand fit required per branch
6. To conduct assessments at least during launch phase
7. To provide reception with list of candidates for testing
