Job description Renaissance will select highly motivated, talented and focused graduates for a formal Graduate Program at the “RENAISSANCE ACADEMY” which will span across a 12 month period.

The training program will equip you with the technical, financial and soft skills needed for investment banking revenue creation or a career in business management, and offer you the opportunity to rotate amongst all key areas across investment banking.

Degree requirements BSc / Bcom Degrees in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Business, Management & Accounting, Risk, Law, Economics
Studying towards a CFA Qualification will be an advantage and strong preference for the program.
