Rhino Africa is Africa’s leading online travel company. From our incredible offices in Cape Town and London, we promote safari and wildlife destinations across Africa and Asia.

The programme runs on a three-six month cycle and will entail interns working under a mentor to learn how the business and its divisions run. You will be welcomed into your relevant team and expected to deliver real, usable and important input. We view our internship programme as a valuable partnership for both parties. DIGITAL MARKETING INTERNSHIPS (ENGLISH, GERMAN, FRENCH)

Responsibilities

• Conducting market and competitor research
• Writing and editing copy for SEO campaigns
• On-page optimisation
• Creating website landing pages
• SEO Audits
• Conceptualise content for SEO related blogs
• Keyword research
• Link building

WORKSHOPS

• 128 SEO Basics and International SEO
• 129 Writing for the Web
• 130 Video SEO Basics
• 131 Introduction to Google Analytics
• 132 Introduction to Google Search Console
• 133 Introduction to Moz
• 134 Excel for beginners

Requirements

• Fluency in English, German or French (multilingualism is a big plus)
• Strong copywriting and proofreading ability in English/French/German is a must
• Have or currently be pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• A passion for and basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus
• Good knowledge of MS Office (incl. Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail
• Online research skills
