Job Title: Recoveries and Liabilities Assistant
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa

Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Market Related
ROLE PURPOSE
To provide administrative support during the recoveries (specifically uninsured recoveries) and liabilities claims process, and support of the business strategy for excellent service and growth.
Requirements
OUTCOMES
•Provide administrative assistance to the recoveries division wrt the following processes (but not limited to):
•Ensure productivity targets are met
•Contribute towards and ensure continuous improvement in own and team performance
•Adhere to company mandates
•Participate and contribute in ad hoc projects
•Report any suspected fraud, misrepresentation and/or dishonesty
•Keep accurate record of own activities
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
•Matric or equivalent
•LLB Degree or Paralegal Diploma
•Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
•Computer literacy is essential
•Strong administrative skills and attention to detail and accuracy
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
Practical experience in recoveries and liabilities administration within an insurance environment will be advantageous.
