Position Description
On the 2 year programme you’ll rotate around the different areas of Risk e.g. Credit, Market and Operational Risk. You will be continuously learning and developing your skills in a challenging but rewarding environment. You may also spend some time in South Africa throughout the course of your programme.

Required Skills and Qualifications
First of all, we’re looking for our successful graduates to want to relocate back to their home country – Nigeria or Kenya, during their graduate programme and permanently thereafter. Aside from that, we’re looking for graduates who show a genuine interest and/or experience in Risk management and techniques as well as a degree in any subject. You’ll need to be a good communicator with fluency in English. Strong academic results, a knack for numbers and the confidence to come up with innovative ideas is also needed. And we’ll be looking for proof of entrepreneurship and leadership skills too.
