Vacancy Details

• Rectifying / setting wheel alignment.
• Operating wheel alignment machine.
• Issuing wheel alignment certificates.
• Fitting new tyres on rims.
• Tyre inflation.
• Tyre stripping – off rim.
• Fitting tyre and rim to trailer / truck.
• Tightening wheel nuts.
• Torquing wheel nuts.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills

 

Required Skills

• Tyre Fitment: 1 to 2 years
• Tyre Fitter: 1 to 2 years
• Wheel: 1 to 2 years

 

Candidate Requirements

• Knowledge of the wheel alignment machine.
• Tyre fitting machine knowledge.
• Grade 12.
• Fully bilingual.
• Excellent health
• Valid driver’s license (Code 14 license will be advantageous).
• Knowledge of Health and Safety rules and regulations.
• Ability to work in pressurised environments.
• Good communication and mentor skills.
• Basic knowledge of trailer wheel alignment.
