Key Responsibilities

• • Manage and supervise workshop staff, completing work efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Monitor and inspect work to ensure compliance with company guidelines, safety standards, and legal regulations.
  • Track and manage workshop supplies, tools, and equipment. Ensure the workshop is well-stocked and equipment is properly maintained.
  •  Enforce health and safety standards, conduct training, and address any safety issues promptly.
  • : Help control workshop expenses by managing resources efficiently and minimizing waste.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance skills and keep up with industry advancements.
  •  Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, inventory, and staff performance.

 

• Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a workshop or similar environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of quality control, inventory management, and health and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
