*Assist the MIC Commander with the management, coordination and execution of Management Information Centre (MIC) related functions,

*Preparation of presentations for internal and external utilization,*Gather, interprete, evaluate and consolidate general management information,

*Day-to-day maintenance of a database containing generic management information as well as specific information,

*Coordination of specific issues such as Good Performance Awards, Service Charters, etc.

*Preparation of responses to official enquiries such questions in Parliament that are not being dealt with by a particular line functionary or issues that are transversal in nature,

*Consolidation of management information for specific purposes such as the briefing of Parliamentary Portfolio Committees, etc,

*Assist with the compilation and implementation of policy, standards, procedures and guidelines,

*Perform high level management information related functions.

GENERAL: Only the official application form which will be available at all DPCI:HRM Offices within the Province will be accepted. Persons who retired from the Public Service by taking a severance package, early retirement or for medical reasons, as well as persons with previous convictions, are excluded.
