To develop core Engineering knowledge, skills, and attributes in order to have an all rounded understanding of the
Engineering processes in SAB.

TO PREPARE PROCESS ENGINEERING TRAINEES TO BE ABLE TO DELIVER PROCESS
ENGINEERING SUPPORT FOR PROCESS OPTIMISATION AND SYSTEMIC PROBLEM
SOLVING TO THE BREWING, PACKAGING AND UTILITIES FUNCTIONS.

Qualification

BSc. (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) –
Advanced PC literacy (MS Office)

Responsibility

Facilitate team problem solving and decision making
Utilize change management principles
Demonstrate knowledge of Brewing, Packaging and support departments
Act in various roles within the Engineering Department (including shift based)
