The Sales and Marketing Administrator’s primary role is to deal with all incoming calls and emails. You will be the face of our company and the primary contact for all our clients. You will need to inform enquirers about our product offering and encourage them to book onto one of our courses. You must have a warm and pleasant phone manner and be able to ‘sell/engage’ people over the phone. You must also have the ability to write very good emails – good grammar & spelling and an engaging tone!

There is no cold-calling involved – all sales are based on incoming calls and emails. In busy times there can be as many as 70 calls per day (typically Jan-March and then again in July-Sept), but it dwindles down to 10 calls per day the rest of the year. The email enquiries are of similar volume.

On top of that you must be very good at administration. You will be in charge of making bookings and managing payments being received. Absolute accuracy with the management of payments, part payments, debit orders and course changes, etc, is very important.
You will furthermore assist the marketing and sales manager with marketing activities, such as email and sms campaigns, blogging, twitter, brochures, mailings, etc.
You will be part of a small, dynamic team and be exposed to every aspect of the business. There are good growth opportunities for the right candidate!
