Introduction

This position takes responsibility for total marketing and sales administration support to the National Sales Manager and general sales support to the sales team.

Minimum Requirements

Employees intending to apply for the job must possess the following attributes:

o Sales Administration Qualification

o At least 5 years’ experience in admin field

o Highly computer literate

o Ability to work with interruptions

o Proven track record in meeting tight deadlines

o Strong analytical capabilities

o Highly assertive (not aggressive)

 

Job Specification

The key performance areas of this position are:

Reporting:
OEM price lists to be updated
Market share reports
Daily sales reports

 

Sales:

Assist Sales Staff and fitment centres with queries
Manage production brochures, business cards and other marketing collateral
Compile and submit company bulletins and brochures
Update website
Monitor and manage sales queries received via website
Administration:
Co-ordinating travel arrangements
General sales and marketing related administration
Reception duties
Printing and submission of OEM invoices
Event-co-ordination
Processing of DSO orders
