Sales Manager Electrical – Alberton Vacancies 2019

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager, Electrical, familiar with the Coal Mining industry and other mining.
The company supplies electrical, electronic and mechanical equipment and systems to the coal mining industry.
The Sales Manager reports to the CEO and will have responsibility for Marketing and Sales.

This will include
• Building a sales team, selection, training, motivating and supporting.
• Setting and achieving sales targets.
• Building , managing and supporting a distribution network.
• Marketing, PR and Brand Management, Corporate Image and reputation management.
• Reporting to senior management.

Requirements
• Ideally we are looking for someone with
• Electrical Engineering Diploma/Degree
• Business Management Diploma
• Electronics background (advantageous)
• 10 Years’ experience in a technical sales environment related to coal mining
• 5 Years’ Management experience in a service orientated industry
• Knowledge of Mining industry
• Underground mining experience
