Key Responsibilities

• Conducting training related research
• Training delivery for newcomer financial advisers
• Manage logistic arrangements of courses
• Manage course sessions for the duration of the courses
• Manage trainees while on course
• Provide course feedback
• Measurement of transfer and application of knowledge and skills – assist in applying measurement process

Minimum Requirements

1.    Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent

• Must have completed and be in possession of a Degree in Commerce / Finance / Law

 

2.    Experience & Knowledge

• Successful candidate should be unemployed
• Preferably no or very limited previous working experience
• Knowledge of and experience in MS Office
