Position Description
Group Sourcing – Facilities Unit has a position available for a Receptionist who will be based at the Head office in Tyger Valley.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the reception function at Santam head office, including the security access to Santam Head office. Handling queries and questions of visitors. Control of and the booking of meeting rooms on the ground floor.
Minimum Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Matric with 3 years’ experience of reception / customer service
SKILLS
Communication skills (verbal and written)
Computer – speed of use
Calm demeanour
KNOWLEDGE
Customer service principles and practices
Administrative practices
Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
