Position Description

Santam’s Claims and Adjustment Services department has a position available for the Adjustment Services Manager: Non-Motor who will be based in Auckland Park.

Key Responsibilities

The Adjustment Services Manager position will include the management of the Adjusters office. The office is responsible for assessing of types of non-motor claims, adjudication of these claims and after care provision to clients. The position also entails compiling management information, ensuring client satisfaction and rendering a management function.

Minimum Requirements

Relevant post Matric qualification

Relevant Insurance related qualifications

5 years’ experience in short-term insurance services and products

Non motor adjustment and technical experience

Experience in managing a team

Must be computer literate

Valid driver’s license code EB (08
