SARS seeks to enrol qualified Graduates Large Business Centre (Transfer Pricing & Assurance)
Large Business Centre
The LBC is a dedicated facility created to provide an unprecedented array and level of services, across all categories of tax, to its most important clients – large corporations and high net worth individuals
Assurance

The Assurance function within the LBC is mandated to:
Support taxpayer voluntary compliance by engaging taxpayers who wish to correct identified areas of non compliance. Furthermore the function will support the process of the LBC entering into compliance agreements with corporate taxpayers, in the future.
Address various aspects of taxpayer non compliance identified by the LBC Risk and Intelligence and Taxpayer Interface functions. This will typically be addressed through audit interventions.
Manage refunds to LBC taxpayers
Transfer Pricing
Transfer pricing is a specialist area within international tax and is currently a strategic priority for all tax authorities around the world due to the high perceived risk of multinational enterprises using transfer pricing practices to extracts profits from high tax jurisdictions (and thereby minimise their global tax bill). Similarly, the Commissioner of the SARS has identified Transfer Pricing as a key strategic issue for SARS.
The graduate development programme of SARS is a 24 months programme (fixed term) where you will be introduced to a broad spectrum of learning experience while developing generalist and specialist fields.
At the end of the development programme, trainees who successfully meet SARS’s recruitment requirements will be considered permanent appointment.

Minimum Requirements:
Matric Certificate
Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting/ Commercial Law
Academic average of 60%+
Currently not participating in a Graduate programme/Learnership
South African citizen
Available immediately
Qualifications:
Matric Certificate
Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting/ Commercial Law
Experience:
Not more than 06 months of work experience.
