•5 years experience in the similar environment
•Supervisory experience will be an advantage

Required outputs: Functional
•Planning, scheduling and control of plant(production planning)
•Do fault finding, problem solving (incident-e.g hang up).
•Personnel management, training and administration
•Handling of disciplinary hearing
•Safety compliance(IRJ,permits, lock-out)
•Proper housekeeping
•Awareness Training.
•Shutdown execution
•Effect production outcome
•Stock take

Job Requirements:

Qualifications and expertise required (Must)
•Grade 12 (must)/NQF level 4
•Maths & Science
•Short listed candidates may be subjected to further Psychometric Evaluation before being considered for the position.
•Supervisory course or equivalent (wish)
•Caps plant experience
General
•Liaise with all stakeholders;
•Promote a safety awareness culture.
•Shift safety and health, environment, risk, quality management.
