Position Summary
Required outputs: Functional
Operational, Financial and Technical Results:

• Coordination and interfacing with affected stakeholders during project and maintenance activities
• Ensure all tasks are executed as per the scoped standard within parameters defined
• Interface with all roles players regarding planned jobs, quality control and monitoring and cost margins
• Engage in risk assessments, potential deviation analysis and other site technical and safety requirements for task execution

Leadership and Growth Results:
• Support and deliver on company values and safety standards

Management Results:
• Must be able to manage multi disciplinary projects and activities
• Monitor projects, reporting and corrective actions

Customer and Relationships Results:
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with all clients and tenants
• Prompt service delivery to customers
• Complete and effective deviation management
• Liaison with Sasol Business Units regarding Service Provider queries and effective service delivery

Innovation and Improvement Results:
• Must be able to keep current with developing technologies and introduce implementation timely
• Continuous improvement required to enable sustainable and desirable solutions

General:
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders on a project as well as with business and operation partners
• Accept full responsibility and accountability for required outputs
• Coordinate a functional team (internal or consultants)
• Fair knowledge of civil contracts

Job Requirements
• National Diploma in Civil Engineering (NQF Level 6) (must)
• QS, Construction and Project Management Qualification (wish)
• Valid code 8 drivers licence (must)
• 2 – 3 years civil maintenance experience
• Project management experience in civil environment will be to your advantage
• Working knowledge of SANS codes for civil engineering and building
