SBV currently seeks an Organisational Design Consultant to drive, support the stakeholders and provide SME guidance on Organisational Design initiatives to support the business in the achievement of goals and strategy.

Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate full performance management cycle across the business:
•Implement and monitor the performance management process
•Review and recommend improvements to performance management process
•Monitor and report on performance management cycle deliverables as per performance management calendar and requirements
•Research and remain up to date on all latest performance management trends
•Provide SME guidance to line managers regarding the Performance Management process
•Implement performance management program as per the implementation plan
•Provide support to the regional and dedicated HR Business Partners with the implementation of performance management within the region
•Provide SME guidance and assistance with the principles as well as the application of performance management within the specific business units
•Monitor and track performance management training and employee engagement
•Co-ordinate the performance management training on a monthly basis

Provide Support on Change Management initiatives for the relevant projects:
•Drive change management initiatives within the Organisational Design framework
•Provide support to the Organisational Design Manager on assigned initiatives
•Provide input and assistance to the Organisational Design Manager on the creation of project road-maps to support OD and HR initiatives
•Execute the relevant change initiatives as approved

Conduct job analysis and provide SME guidance regarding job profiles:
•Conduct job analyses in collaboration with the business partners for new positions as well as the updating existing positions
•Update the relevant platforms with the updated profiles
•Act as custodian of the Job profile template through engagement with HRBP’s on the correct application and provide training when required
•Provide refresher training on job profiling and analysis to the HRBP’s when required
•Create PPA’s based on the profile completed in collaboration with the HRBP’s
•Update the relevant process flows to be followed and customise as per business requirements
• Co-ordinate all talent management programmes across the business
•Draft and/or collate and maintain database of timeous and credible talent information
•Maintain business plans to ensure a strong focus on talent and succession planning
•Co-ordinate and support the classification and review of talent
•Support HRBPs to complete and maintain talent grids for every business
•Deliver updated talent information to the business
•Collate the necessary analytics and statistical data for reporting
•Conduct data analysis and research on international trends and best practice with respect to the management of talent
•Provide specialist input into leadership development programs linked to talent pools

Support the Design and implementation of the Competency Framework:
•Participate and co-ordinate the design and implementation processes of a customised competency library
•Conduct research into the relevant competencies per role and engage in competency mapping
•Provide input and support regarding the creation of customised interview guides aligned to the competency framework

Identify, plan and execute allocated projects:
•Effectively plan and execute assigned projects
•Monitor, control and feedback on progress of projects
•Conduct an effectiveness audit of project implementation
•Apply change management is applied to new projects and key environmental changes
•Advise and guide line management on change management processes
•Provide input into the quarterly department newsletter

Create and deliver customised training relevant to Organisational Design requirements:
•Create and deliver customised training as per deliverables where necessary, aligned to business requirements and quality assurance standards
•Provide training, support and advice to the HR on all matters pertaining to Organisational Design services
•Certify that all parties are competent regarding the implementation of Organisational Deisgn initiatives
•Maintain accurate and up to date training registers and submit to the Transformation Officer upon completion of the training

Review reporting standards and deliver relevant reports:
•Provide accurate, detailed reporting pertaining to relevant areas of responsibility on a monthly basis
•Conduct audits and trend analysis throughout South Africa and Africa on a quarterly basis for Talent Management
•Compile all reporting information for submission to the Organisational Design Manager
•Adhere to all legislative requirements within the scope of the role
•Implement and review the assessment policy and procedures to align with best practice
•Comply with all relevant legislation pertaining to the HPCSA as well as SBV policies and procedures

Provide end to end Psychometric services as required:
•Administer, score, interpret and construct reports on psychometric assessments for various purposes in accordance with HPCSA guidelines
•Conduct organization assessments and make recommendations based on the job profile and aligned to company policy and relevant legislative requirements
•Consult with management and provide advice and support regarding their assessment requirements

Provide Support to the centres within Africa:
•Provide Organisational Design support to the centres within Africa

Requirements:
Work Experience:
•Registered Industrial Psychologist- Completed 12 month Internship
•3 years’ experience in the following HR Disciplines:
•Performance Management
•End to end psychometric experience
•Talent Management
•Change Management
•1 year experience in managing and implementing HR projects
•OR:
•Registered Independent Psychometrist- Completed 6-month Internship
•4 years’ experience in the following HR Disciplines:
•Performance Management End to end psychometric experience
•Talent Management
•Change Management
•1 year experience in managing and implementing HR projects
Education :
•Bcom/BA degree Industrial Psychology/HR
•Registered with the HPCSA as a Psychometrist
