Senior Certificate (Grade 12 ) . 3 Months experience in Clerical / Administrative .
Recommendation: Computer literacy MS Office. Knowledge, Skills, Training And
Competences Required :The incumbent of the post will report to the District Manager and
will provide secretarial service and admin support to the District Manager. The ideal
candidate must possess : Sound knowledge of secretarial and administrative services.
Good verbal and written communication skills. Organization and time management skill.
Administrative skills. Ability to work independently. Good office management skills. Ability
to deal with confidentiality. High level of integrity and Professionalism. Ability to work
under pressure. Willingness to work extra hours. Advance Computer training.
DUTIES : Key Performance Areas :Performs front line functions by determining the business of
person wishing to have audience with District Manager (in person or telephonic) admitting
/ making and appointment directing and redirecting such person. Control incoming and
outgoing correspondence and files and keep a mail register. Manages and maintains the
dairy of the District Manager, set up relevant appointment booking and meetings. Provide
secretarial function to meetings of the District Manager through making logistical
arrangement, distribution to the notice of Meeting and Agenda, take prepare and
disseminated minutes .Manages and maintains filing of important contact number. Provide
administrative support service to the District Manager. Compile document and report.
