REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12(STD10) with 3 years’ experience in security field and basic security Officers
Course, Registration with PSIRA, Security training Grade B, Valid driver’s license.

 

DUTIES : Compiling disciplinary actions, Supervising effective service delivery of security services,
Assisting to allocate security personnel by drafting the duty roaster for the
building/premises, Ensure effective access control operations at all times *Ensure
building/premises patrols are undertaken as scheduled, Provision of support to the
administration of security management services, Ensure that all security equipment is
operating properly at all times, Train Security Officers in safety regulations at work site
and enforce safety regulations, Monitor points of entry to ensure authorized entry or exit
of goods i.e. equipment, documents and assets, Check registers where necessary to
spot any suspicious movement of goods, Perform all administrative duties and related
functions, Liaise with outside bodies, where necessary to co-ordinate security function,
Prepare periodic and daily reports to the superiors regarding activities, Assist in
identifying high risk areas and initiate to reduce risk exposure.
