SENIOR ADMIN OFFICER: CHANGE MANAGEMENT: BUSINESS ALIGNMENT 2 POSTS REF NO: SD/2014/21
SALARY : R 227 802 per annum (plus benefits)
CENTRE : Head Office
REQUIREMENTS : An Appropriate qualification at NQF level 6 with change management training and 2-3 years’ experience at management level.
Knowledge and understanding of change management systems, concepts, procedures and processes applicable in the Public Service. Knowledge and understanding of Social Care Solutions and functionality.
A Valid code B driver’s license. Skills and Competencies: Good analytical, project management, communication, conflict management, planning and organisation skills.
DUTIES : Coordinate user consultation sessions. Draft survey results relating to business requirements and provide a statistics report. Monitor and update training
manuals, schedules and ensure change management strategies are aligned to training plans. Monitor systems alignment to business processes and integration with other departments.
Manage and monitor buy-in from of systems from users through continuous communications and change management matters. Conduct research on change management business processes and develop action plans. Implement business strategy and manage systems enhancements and business processes between GDF and the Department.
