Grade 12 with two or more years experience in administration. A three years post matric qualification will be an advantage. Financial management experience or skill, customer care, and good communication skill. Must have a valid driver’s license and be computer literate.
Management of Early Childhood Development (ECD) centers/ crèches which include conducting information session. Management of applications for ECDs funding. Compile report on the applications received. Conduct verifications and adjudications of WCDs. Compile the final report of all the ECDs that are recommended for funding. Prepare and facilitate signing of contract for ECDs. Do monitoring and evalution of the ECDs and other duties related to ECDs funding. Conducting trainings for ECDs practitioners on management of funds and administration of ECDs records. Do administrative duties for nutrition programme which include writing of memos. Follow up on the invoices for the supplements purchased from the nutrition budget and others. Report writing, administrative support to nutrition manager and other nutrition related activities. Execute any other delegated duties.
