SALARY : Commencing: R132 399 per annum
CENTRE : Compensation Fund, Pretoria
REQUIREMENTS : Three year Diploma/Degree in library services/information management. One to two years relevant experience. Knowledge: DoL and Compensation Fund objectives and business functions, Office Support goals and performance requirements, Relevant stakeholders, Customer Service (Batho Pele Principles), Technical Knowledge, Compensation Fund Services, Compensation Fund Value Chain and business processes, Relevant Fund policies, procedures and processes, Fund values. Skills: Required Technical proficiency, Business writing, Required IT, Fund IT Operating systems, Performance management, Data and records management, Telephone etiquette, Library skills.
DUTIES : Coordinate and perform administration duties in the library unit, Provide library services, Manage safeguarding of library equipment and administration duties.
