They are looking for a university graduate from a property management background who can add value to all aspect of their purchasing project property & finance management cycle. It would suit a natural leader with a high sense of urgency who can monitor budgets body corporates organisations and staff alike through key performance measures which they are responsible to develop. the successful candidate will work hand in hand the the development and purchasing teams to ensure that the products delivered will be profitable at the same time as being perceived as best in market. It will therefore require you to have strong admin analytical and presentation skills as you will be required to advise stakeholders based on your own detailed research and market understanding.
