Responsible for aligning sector strategic deployment to corporate vision and strategy.
Develops local brand positioning aligned to global brand profile and ensures all activities support and build brand equity.
Develops the strategic business plan for the Family Care brands in coordination with regional sector leaders (3 year plans, updated annually).
Develops the annual Brand Operating Plan (including channel) and commercial programs(s) aligned to the three year strategy.
Responsible for Brand Operating Plan/commercial program execution and achievement of business targets.
Explores, identifies and develops opportunities that broaden and strengthen the market position and profit potential of the Family care sector.
Partners with the Regional Sector Leaders to plan and implement Family Care innovation, commercial program ideas, and specific sector and channel initiatives. Ensures global marketing tools are implemented.
Ensures that KC business management and compliance standards and controls are applied across all aspects of the sector.
Manages budgets for below-the-line spend, sales and advertising.
Ensures that K-CSA partners successfully with Media, Advertising, In-store and PR Agencies. This involves relationship building, negotiations and evaluation of performance.
Supports Commercial talent development plan, and leads for sector. Manages a team of 2 – a senior brand manager and a junior brand manager
Required Qualifications / Experience
The position requires tertiary qualification (commercial base essential), a minimum of 5-8 years at a senior management level. The prior experience is essential at a management level within a medium to large-sized operation.
