SENIOR OFFICER: FINANCIAL BUSINESS SYSTEM
Directorate: Financial Governance
SALARY : R227 802 – R 268 338 per annum (plus benefits)

CENTRE : Johannesburg

REQUIREMENTS : The successful candidate should have at least National Diploma or Degree with
Financial Information Systems as a major subject or equivalent NQF level 6
qualification with 1 – 3 years of experience in the relevant field and programming
may be an added advantage. Experience in system support and support
processes at least 1 – 2years.

DUTIES : Maintain a successful relationship between the GPT System Controllers and
GPG Transversal System users in accordance with the agreed SLA requirements
for the division. Build a stronger capacity within GPG by supplying reliable
information, guidance and assistance on Transversal System issues. Ensure
correct and efficient administration of user enquiries as per SLA. Resolution or
escalate of queries to external roll players within the agreed time frames and
SLA’s. Maintain a successful relationship between the GPT Financial Business
Systems and GPG users in accordance with the agreed SLA requirements for
the division.
