REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12 or Grade 10 with relevant experience between 5 to 10 years. A
working knowledge and understanding of Record Management and Archive
Legislative Framework, Policies, Procedures and Regulation imperative.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) at different levels and
interpersonal skills, confidentiality, vigilant Security
consciousness/awareness, ability to work under pressure, knowledge and
ability to use Record management data base and MS Office software.

DUTIES : Provide administration support to management team, ensure operations
comply with file plan and regulatory framework. Control receipt, release,
opening and maintenance of files and documents. Update and maintain
records management and documents classification systems. Maintain safe
custody and protection of files and records. Identify files and records for
archiving. Allocate file reference numbers. Perform various elementary tasks
in projects within the records management business unit documents/records
control registers.
