Minimum Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATION
An Industrial Engineering degree is essential

JOB EXPERIENCE
2+ years experience with process-improvement projects is desirable

KNOWLEDGE
VBA programming knowledge is desirable

SKILLS
MS Word
MS Excel
Outlook Express
MS PowerPoint – desirable
English (read, write, speak fluently)
Job Specification

PURPOSE
To support the achievement of effective labour-planning and -management in the Shoprite Group of companies by implementing value-adding process improvements and maximising the utility of the Workforce Management System.

OUTCOMES
– To implement value-adding process improvements in the Shoprite Group of companies on a project basis as requested by management.
– To maximise the utility of the Workforce Management System
