To take responsibility for Recruitment and Selection of entry-level staff for Shoprite Group stores.
Qualifications Essential:
•Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
•Relevant Diploma
Experience Essential
•(6 months) Recruitment experience
Desirable
•(6 months) Human Resource Experience
Knowledge Essential
•Intermediate skills in Ms Office applications
•Relevant IR legislation experience
Desirable
•Previous working experience in SAP
•Retail experience
Skills Desirable
•Competency-based interview skills
•Strong task management and admin skills
•Communication and strong interpersonal skills
Desirable:
•Registered AFIS agent

6. To conduct assessments at least during launch phase
