Shout-It-Now (S-N) is a non-profit company, registered in South Africa, that has been active for 12 years providing a range of innovative community-based health services aimed at improving HIV prevention and care to achieve epidemic control among high risk South Africans. S-N currently conducts programmes in HIV testing, PrEP mobilisation/initiation and ongoing support, facilitation of evidence-based behavioural interventions, and support for victims of gender-based violence. We also have experience in delivering TB screening, community-based chronic health screening and initiation of ART. We currently operate in Gauteng and North West provinces with headquarters in Cape Town.
Shout-It-Now is part of a large ecosystem of health service providers comprised of government and NGO entities as well as community stakeholders not necessarily health-focused but crucial to our success. As a PEPFAR-supported partner, Shout-It-Now is mandated to align our services with the goals, objectives, and policies of the South African government, and to collaborate with other stakeholders to maximize the impact of our work. To ensure that Shout-It-Now remains a valued and successful partner in the fight against HIV, the Partnerships Department is tasked with establishing and maintaining productive, mutually beneficial relationships with PEPFAR and their supported partners, the South African Department of Health (at provincial, district and sub-district levels) and other NGOs and community stakeholders.
