Job Title: Call Center Agent – Outbound
Location: Pretoria – Menlyn Maine

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers through making Outbound calls (Read from a scripted pitch), handling Inbound calls and converting it to sales.
Lead generation from an existing client base & Achieve sales targets
Providing exceptional service and on a variety of SIDQCON products.
Ensure efficiency with regards to telephony productivity.
Ensure that quality assurance is maintained.
Rotational shifts between 16h00pm to 04h00am

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Neutral accent
Good telephone etiquette
At least 6 months Call Centre experience
Computer literate
Own transport (advantageous not essential)
Excellent verbal communication skills in English

Package & Remuneration:
Rotational shifts between 16h00pm to 04h00am
Salary (R5500 – R7500)
Basic, Commision, Travel, shift allowances
