Accounts receivable:
•Creating and issuing invoices to customers
•Processing credit notes
•Preparing account statements for customers
•Following up on outstanding payments and responding to customer queries
•Preparing monthly billing reports and age analysis
•Managing account balances and resolving inconsistencies
•Updating accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information
•Check the validity of debit accounts

Accounts payable:
•Payment of suppliers based on accurate documentation received
•Ensuring payments are made in line with company procedures
•Ensure appropriate segregation of duties processes are in placeAccounting
•Performing reconciliations of financial records
•Facilitation of audits and preparation of financial statements
•Preparation of both financial and management reports
Requirements
•Bachelor of Commerce – Accounting
•Registered as a professional accountant
•3 years pprevious experience in a similar role.
