Sir Ketumile Masire Teaching Hospital (SKMTH) is the first quaternary healthcare facility established to address identified gaps in the healthcare industry in Botswana.SKMTH is registered as a company limited by guarantee wholly owned by the Government of Botswana established under the Companies Act Cap 42:01.

SKMTH ‘s mandate is threefold:
• To deliver patient centered care for specialized healthcare services, at quaternary level
• To teach and facilitate the development of healthcare professionals.

Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Job Summary:
• General and payroll administration, recruitment and placement, staff welfare, and employee relations.

Roles and Responsibilities:
•Execution of recruitment & selection activities.
•Effective management of payroll and related administration tasks
•Coordination and execution of payroll, performance management activities and other HR related administration matters
•Implementation of employee internal communication system
•Assists on issues of performance concerns, disciplinary action and conflict management issues

Requirements:
Qualifications Required:
•Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Organisational Psychology or related Social Sciences.

Experience:
•At least five (5) years relevant post qualification experience in Human Resources Management.
