Soda Social is a digital marketing agency who is devoted to immersing itself with the client, understanding the brand on a holistic level, giving it a great social representation with calculated and proven return. Soda’s purpose is to further the voice and engagement of brands across all major media platforms.

We are looking for some startup interns to join our team, we have a lot of great work that’s flowing into our studio at the moment and we are looking for the right people to join our team on an internship basis but with the potential to become permanently employed, should they fit in with us and our team!

We are looking to fill all roles if possible, so the Job Description is quite simply:

  • Community managers
  • Designers – illustration, graphic, and animation (if you fill all three then we are looking for you specifically)
  • Digital copywriters

Requirements

  • Relevant degree or diploma
  • Ability to work under immense pressure
  • Superior ability to execute against multiple tasks and programmes under deadline pressure
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • High level of creativity, logic, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn, accept instructions, correction, and supervision
  • Willingness to work around the clock – being a community manager isn’t a nine to five job, it involves working some evenings and weekends, and responding to community members outside of work hours

Remuneration: Basic salary
Cape Town, GreenPoint
Education level: Degree
Job level: Junior
Travel requirement: Occasional
Type: Temporary
Company: Soda Social Media
We are less interested in CVs and more inspired by portfolios. Whether the work was real or not, we want to see your skill however you choose to show it. This is a fast-paced, fun environment that has no place for shy, insipid creatures. Bring a personality and your ‘A’ game or this is not the studio for you and send it to  [email protected]

Anybody asking you to pay money to schedule your interview or offer you job may be a scam
