Job Title: Call Centre Agent – Nelspruit
Location: Nelspruit

Job Summary:
Desired Experience & Qualification
Previous experience in customer service (experience in product range is an advantage – Office Automation/Telecommunications)

Strong Communications Skills

Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, printing, internet, emails, etc.)

Strong Administration skills

Ability to be accurate and meticulous

Strong planning and co-ordination skills

Ability to work under pressure and stay calm and positive in a fast-paced environment

Problem-solving and Trouble shooting

Determined, Accountable, Innovative, Self-disciplined, Yes-we can Attitude, Persuasive

Package & Remuneration:
Basic R10 000 – R12 000 (depending on experience)
