South Africa National Sales Director Vacancy

A unique opportunity exists for an experienced and passionate executive to join the Korbitec management team as National Sales Director, directing all sales and customer management functions of our internet property portal, real estate-, attorney-, bank- and municipal software businesses nationally.

Job Requirements:

1. You need to have a proven track record in defining and executing the sales and customer management functions of a complex service-orientated business in an effective and efficient manner that adds direct value to the delivery of the organisation’s vision and bottom line.
2. You have the ability to decisively and insightfully direct national sales, a full-service in- and outbound call centre, customer relationship management and marketing, on behalf of multiple business-line owners, across a number of central departments and six national branch offices.
3. You are an independent thinker, a go-getter, creative and resourceful and have an outstanding network of industry professionals. You have an exceptional understanding of managing a multi-product, multi-channel campaigns and national sales force.
4. You are a seasoned people manager, experienced at developing key talent and the careers of more than 100 staff reporting to the National Sales Director.
5. You would have been a General Manager or equivalent, with the necessary business skills and competencies, which you used successfully to develop business goals, make business decisions and achieve business targets.
6. You have a business qualification at graduate level. Post Graduate (CA, MBA, MBL) advantageous.
7. You are obsessed with delivery, excellence and customer service.

You will be based in Cape Town and will report to Korbitec’s CEO.
