SENIOR ACCOUNTING CLERK GR II: CLAIMS AND ADVANCE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT (PUBLIC SERVICE ACT) X 3 POSITIONS: SALARY LEVEL 5: REF NO.( DPCI /35/2015)

CORE FUNCTIONS: *Administer the process of financial claims in the DPCI.* Administer the Standing Advance Office in the DPCI.*Administer the process of proper filling system of all finalised Claims and Advances

GENERAL: Only the official application form which will be available at all DPCI:HRM Offices within the Province will be accepted. All instructions on the application form must be adhered to; failure to do so may result in the rejection of the application. The post particulars and reference number of the post must be correctly specified on the application form. A comprehensive Curriculum Vita must be submitted together with the application form. Certified copies of an applicant’s ID document, motor vehicle driver’s licence (where applicable), all educational qualifications obtained together with academic records thereof and service certificates of previous employers stating the occupation, must also be submitted and attached to every application.

CANDIDATES ARE REQUESTED TO INITIAL EACH AND EVERY PAGE OF THE APPLICATION FORM, CV AND ALL ANNEXURES. Applicants will be subjected to fingerprint screening. Persons who retired from the Public Service by taking a severance package, early retirement or for medical reasons, as well as persons with previous convictions, are excluded.
