Vacancy Details

Exciting Property Development Company is on a recruitment drive for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in George. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience as a QS and relevant degree.

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Cost Estimating
• Cost Management
• Project management with experience managing multiple projects
• Project Financial Control within the construction sector Contract administration
• Full management of all aspects of cost management, from initial estimates through to Project Completion
• Work closely with project teams to ensure timeous delivery
• Budget management
• Maintain highest standards General administration
  

 

Qualification

• Degree in Quantity Surveyor and / or related field
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Fully computer literate – including latest industry software and tools
• Own Reliable transport
