Position to be based in Heidelberg – You will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent for our organization. Working closely with the HR team, you will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to the final hiring stages, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and posting of job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, including preparing interview questions and materials in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to improve the recruitment process.
- Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote our employer brand and source potential candidates.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork and training are completed efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing correspondence, updating HR records, and handling confidential information with discretion.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment strategies.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Min 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably within an in-house recruitment team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the HR field.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
