Positions as field technicians has become available for ICT Service Technicians for both the Gauteng and Western Cape Areas.

Job Title: ICT Service Technician
Location: Centurion and Tygervalley

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Telecommunication, VoIP and network installations and support – onsite and remotely.
Working experience supporting ICT Infrastructure and its associated technologies
Minimum Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

Ability to analyse, resolve problems and perform root cause analysis on ITC equipment.
IP voice routing.
MikroTik certification would be an advantage
Solid knowledge on IP PBX’s and VoIP
Understanding of available technologies and features.

Experience & Qualification:
Matric with relevant Qualification form an accredited educational institution.
