Job Title: ICT Service Technician
Location: Centurion and TygervalleyPermanent

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Network and Telecommunication support – onsite and remotely.
Working experience supporting ICT Infrastructure and its associated technologies.

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

Ability to analyse, resolve problems and perform root cause analysis on ITC equipment.
Understanding of available technologies and features.
Understanding of infrastructure solutions and related equipment provided by SPOC (Additional training to be provided)

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Matric with relevant IT Qualification form an accredited educational institution.
