Job Summary:

We are looking for an excellent Customer Service Representative to establish and maintain quality assurance and support for our Key Accounts. Gather, receive, and compile information to create strong relationships and build sales. Works well with clients and fellow associates, and communicates to superiors any issues to be resolved.

Job Description:

• Provide optimal customer assistance via email and support calls as needed.
• Create and communicate action plans to the customer.
• Research accounts website and provides analysis to expand the business.
• Monitor your Top accounts with proactive follow-ups on their orders.
• Work with Production & Operation Managers for high engagement and involvement when necessary.
