The  position below has become available to join our Production Department. This role will primarily focus on ensuring that vegetable seed produced by growers complies with physical and genetic quality and purity standards

Specification
•Recruiting and contracting growers in the area.
•Managing relationships with new and existing growers.
•Conducting regular crop inspections
•Oversee quality control of seed productions.

Requirements
•Matric (B.Tech / similar tertiary qualification an added advantage)
•3 years’ relevant experience.
•Knowledge of horticulture (with specialisation in vegetables) will be an added advantage.
•The successful candidate will be dealing with growers on a daily basis and strong negotiation and communication skills are therefore required.
•A valid driver’s license essential.
