REQUIREMENTS : A three-year tertiary qualification in Social Sciences Training in Project
Management is essential At least one year experience in the area of surveys or
project management Proven extensive experience and skills in statistics and
statistical processes, programme, project and operational planning Knowledge
of scheduling implementation and monitoring, financial planning, budgeting and
monitoring Knowledge of MS Office Suite A valid driver’s license. Person
Profile: This position will suit a person with: Good communication, reportwriting,
interpersonal, planning, budgeting, analytical, organising and multi-task
skills Language proficiency and strategic thinker Ability to work under
pressure independently Willingness to work long hours and meet deadlines.
DUTIES : Develop and maintain project schedules, structures and process flows
Implement policies, procedures, standard operating procedure and coordination
processes for census regarding project management Monitor project
activities Liaise with stakeholders Co-ordinate and administrate meetings and
workshops Administer safe record keeping.
