SALARY : R196 278 per annum

REQUIREMENTS : A three-year tertiary qualification in Human Resource Development/Training
Management. Training as a Skills Development facilitator, assessor, train the
trainer is essential. At least one year working experience in a Human Resource
Development/training and development environment. Knowledge of MS Office
Suite. Person Profile: These positions will suit persons with: Good
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and under
pressure. Willingness to work long hours.
DUTIES : Assist in facilitating training/offering training, monitoring of training plan and
budget by capturing data. Manage training, bursary and internship applications.
Acknowledge receipt of all applications. Verify documents of candidates and
training service providers. Provide administrative support to professionals. Ensure
good record keeping. Maintain training providers database. Process payment of
training providers database.
