Job Summary:
•Contract Law and insurances
•Quantity surveying
•Basic Financial reporting and cash management
•Construction methods and outputs, programming and scheduling
•SHEQ legislation and application
•Basic IR and relevant labour legislation
•Proven ability to manage a team of junior employees
•Key attributes for the role: attention to detail, deadline driven and ability to work autonomously

Requirements:
•National Diploma/ Degree (Quantity Surveying)
•At least 5 years related experience in the construction /engineering environment.
•Experience using CCS essential
