•Knowledge of construction processes and trades
•Read and interpret drawings
•Setting out and levelling
•Knowledge of materials, plant and equipment
•Knowledge of site administration systems
•Co-ordination of construction teams
•Staff management and labour legislation
•Safety requirements and safety and health legislation
•Financial control including costing
Requirements
•BSc, BEng or BTech in Civil or Construction Management
•At least 5 years’ experience in a construction company
