Stefanutti Stocks: Financial Manager (African Operations)

The RPM Business Unit has a position available that would entail the hands on financial management of its African operations. Presently this would entail the operations in Zambia, Lesotho, Swaziland, Mozambique and Nigeria.

Key Duties & Responsibilities     
The successful candidate will be required to travel extensively in Africa and probably be outside of South Africa for at least three weeks in the month.
Full financial management role in each country, including inter alia:
– Management of in-country finance team
– Review and authorization of monthly recons
– Compilation of monthly management accounts
– Payroll review
– Statutory returns
– Annual audited Financial Statements

Skills, Experience & Education     
– B.Com and articles (preferably also qualified as a CA (SA)
– Analytical
– Precision to detail
– Good communication skills
– Patience
– Prior experience in Africa is advantageous
